MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
Four Romance Rewards redemption levels entitle you to unique benefits:
First Love [0-5 Nights Stayed]
- Trading Places Pass for one day / exchange with a Couples Resort in the same town, subject to availability, reservation required 24 hours in advance.
- Invitation to the Repeat Guests Dinner on all your repeat visits.
Young Love [6-13 Nights Stayed]
- Trading Places Pass for one day / exchange with a Couples Resort in the same town, subject to availability, reservation required 24 hours in advance.
- Couples t-shirts
- Invitation to the Repeat Guest Dinner (one invitation per stay)
- $100 Resort credit*
- Couples' snack pack upon departure
Renewed Love [14-23 Nights Stayed]
- Trading Places Pass for one day / exchange with a Couples Resort in the same town, subject to availability, reservation required 24 hours in advance.
- Choice of: Couples' t-shirts, or confectionary like Rum Cakes and bottle of sparkling wine or Candles/Oils
- Invitation to the Repeat Guest Dinner (one invitation per stay)
- $150 Resort credit*
- Couples' snack pack upon departure
Passionate Love [24+ Nights Stayed]
- Trading Places Pass for one day / exchange with a Couples Resort in the same town, subject to availability, reservation required 24 hours in advance.
- Choice of: Couples' t-shirts, or confectionary like Rum Cakes and bottle of sparkling wine or Candles/Oils
- Invitation to the Repeat Guest Dinner (one invitation per stay)
- His/Her 30 minute massage
- $200 Resort credit*
- Couples' snack pack upon departure
Nights Stayed are cumulative. No benefits are earned on complimentary stays or Industry Discounted Rates. Nights expire 4 years after they are earned. One Romance Rewards account per couple. To receive credit for your stay, provide your Romance Rewards number to the Front Desk prior to check-out. Your account will credited 30 days after check-out. Duplicate registrations will be cancelled. It is guest responsibility to verify accuracy of their account. You have up to 12 months from the travel date to contact us and request an update. If the nights' balance on your account is incorrect please contact us.
*A resort credit can may be applied to room category upgrades (subject to availability), spa and salon services, private dinners, photos and photo packages from resort photographers, room telephone charges dialed from room, general manager's special wine list, gift shop or romance packages.
ROMANCE REWARDS MEMBERS must pre check-in online to select your special gift preferences in advance of your arrival.
- You must pre-check in at least 3 days in advance of your arrival date.
- Your gift will be delivered to you within 24 hours of your check-in at the resort.
Please note that failure to pre check-in may result in a further delay or forfeiture of benefits.
