COMPLIMENTARY OFF-SITE EXCURSIONS

For adventures further afield, we are pleased to offer an unprecedented number of excursions around the island. Choose from catamaran cruises, glass-bottom boat trips, shopping trips, or visits to Dunn’s River Falls in Ocho Rios, to name just a few. WATER SPORTS

Crystal clear, warm and inviting—the waters of the Caribbean are legendary. Take the opportunity to skim the surface in a sunfish. Plumb the depths snorkelling. Or ride the waves on water skis or a windsurfer. An impressive selection of the best water sports equipment and complimentary instruction by our highly qualified staff awaits.

SCUBA

Explore the mesmerizing undersea world of delicate coral reefs and shimmering tropical fish. Certified divers enjoy one complimentary dive per day. Novice divers may learn from our professional PADI-certified scuba instructors and enjoy one complimentary dive. Every outing begins on our state-of-the-art diving boats and includes all necessary equipment.

GOLF

Get into the swing of the game with complimentary access to two of Jamaica’s finest golf courses. Guests of Couples Tower Isle and Couples Sans Souci enjoy play at the Upton Golf & Country Club. The 18-hole par-71 course boasts rolling hills and sweeping sea views, while narrow fairways and small drop-off greens add an intriguing level of challenge.

Golfers at Couples Swept Away and Couples Negril are welcome at the Negril Hills Golf Course. The 6,333 yard-long, par-72 course is characterized by elevated tees and greens, picturesque water hazards and gently undulating fairways.

TENNIS & LAND SPORTS

Whether interested in a game of singles, doubles or simply a lesson to improve your serve, our clay and hard surface courts and seasoned pros are sure to please even the most passionate tennis player. Additional land sports include racquetball, squash, table tennis and basketball, to name just a few.

FITNESS

Each resort offers its own exceptional fitness facility—complete with state-of-the-art cardiovascular machines and weight equipment. Furthermore, complimentary spinning, yoga, and Pilates classes are offered throughout the day. Private sessions may also be arranged.
